Menkka is a personal cycle pattern app. This policy describes how the Android app handles information.
Menkka is published as a local-first app. We do not require an account and we do not operate a cloud service for your cycle data in this version.
On your device, Menkka may store:
This information is used only to show your cycle day, phase labels, and personal predictions inside the app.
We do not require your name, email, or phone number. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or a mandatory cloud sync. Cycle logs are not transmitted to our servers.
If you choose Create backup, the app writes an encrypted file on your device. You choose the password. We cannot read that file. Restore only happens if you pick a file and enter the password.
The app may use notification-related permissions for optional log reminders. Core cycle features work without sending your health data off the device.
Menkka is not directed at children under 13.
Predictions are observations from your logs and simple cycle math. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or contraception.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
